We are looking for a Software Developer to work in our customer's AI team and develop and maintain self-developed AI products like LLM chatbot or AI transcriber.

The ideal developer possesses the following skills:

Python (Primary development language)
Scala (System maintenance and small development)
Experience with Elasticsearch (e.g. query optimization and troubleshooting)

Seen as an advantage:

AI expertise, experience with LLMs and RAG systems
Hugging Face Transformers (primary library for transformer-based models)
PyTorch (secondary framework for custom ML implementations)

Location & work setup: Office in Helsinki. Ideal setup working at the office 2 days per week / negotiable
Working language: English (Finnish not required)
