Your Role
You will work closely with non-technical teams across the organization — including designers, artists, and producers — helping them get the most out of modern AI tools. Your mission is to meet users where they are in their AI journey and help them become more efficient, creative, and confident in using AI.
What You’ll Do
- Guide and support non-technical teams in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and coding assistants
- Run hands-on sessions, workshops, and 1:1 support
- Translate AI capabilities into practical, day-to-day use cases
- Help teams integrate AI into their creative and production workflows
- Act as a trusted, approachable partner for AI adoption across different crafts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI coding assistants)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create a supportive learning environment
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset
Preferred Background
- Experience in the video game industry (any discipline)
- Experience working with designers, artists, or producers
- Understanding of game production environments (engines, pipelines, live services)

- Location: Helsinki (on-site or hybrid)
- Duration: 6 months
- Allocation: Full-time (80-100%)
