Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services and high‑performance APIs
- Design distributed, event‑driven systems for AI agent simulation and evaluation
- Handle data‑intensive workloads and real‑time processing pipelines
- Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and production‑grade
- Shape long‑term architectural direction and technical strategy

Ideal Candidate
We are targeting senior engineers with strong backend foundations and hands-on experience using AI tools as part of their daily development workflow. You bring:
- strong experience designing and operating distributed backend systems
- production expertise in Python or TypeScript
- experience with event-driven or streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, NATS)
- strong capabilities in designing scalable APIs and backend services
- experience operating production systems and handling incidents
- a product-oriented approach and ability to navigate ambiguity
- ability to independently drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AI platforms, LLM tooling, or data-intensive systems is beneficial — but practical experience building in an AI‑augmented workflow is essential.
