Job Description
Our client is looking for a leader to bridge high-level strategy, technical execution, and risk management—taking reference architectures all the way to robust, running production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform & AI Architecture: Own the target architecture for the AI platform, including RBAC/SSO, UI/CLIs, workflow engines, MCP gateways, and vector stores. Define hybrid setups balancing private CPU/GPU capacity with hyperscaler SaaS.
- Guardrails & AI Security: Build runtime guardrails (prompt-injection defenses, PII/secret redaction, permission scoping). Set up agent evaluators in CI/CD to prevent hallucinations, secure IP, and ensure code license compliance.
- Model Strategy & Use Cases: Match business needs (productivity, software engineering, customer support, legal) with optimal model routing (frontier, mid-tier, local). Benchmark models to continuously optimize cost, latency, and quality.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish enterprise AI policies, intake workflows, and vendor registers. Ensure full compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, Cyber Resilience Act, and ISO 42001/NIST frameworks while tracking adoption KPIs.
Requirements
- Extensive background in enterprise AI architecture, RAG pipelines, multi-agent design, and MCP tool integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in runtime guardrails, data privacy, and hybrid deployment patterns (private infra + hyperscalers).
- Deep working knowledge of AI governance, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 42001).
- Proven capability to advise both executive leadership and technical teams, translating business goals into scalable AI systems.
