We are seeking a skilled and solution-driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our client. The tasks in this project includes contributing to ongoing technical development, maintenance, and consultative solution design.

Our client is looking for an experienced, solution-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer. The assignment includes a broad range of Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical development and maintenance tasks, as well as consultative solution design in close collaboration with the Product Owner. The specific tasks will be agreed upon with the marketing automation Product Owner in line with the roadmap and will be carried out on an ongoing basis throughout next year.
The estimated non-binding workload is 4 person-days per month (approximately 1 working day per week). A detailed schedule will be agreed upon with the selected consultant.
Main responsibilities
- Technical development and ongoing maintenance of the marketing automation system and its integrations
- Automating data flows between Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Consulting on business use cases and designing scalable solutions together with the Product Owner and teams
- Implementing use cases such as customer journeys, onboarding internal teams, and lead generation processes
- Developing and maintaining code using SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages, including:
- Creating and updating CloudPages
- Building personalized email content blocks
- Updating and optimizing email templates
- Identifying and fixing bugs or errors across the platform to ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience
- Proactively proposing improvements and technical solutions that align with business goals and user needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
- Strong skills in:
- AMPscript
- SQL queries & Automation Studio
- HTML & CSS
- CloudPages, including:
- Custom preference centers
- Forms
- (Optional) Experience with Salesforce Apex is considered an advantage
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written English; Finnish language skills are considered a plus
Practical details
- Work can be performed remotely or in a hybrid model.
- By agreement, some work may take place on-site in central Helsinki.
- We are looking for a long-term partner to support ongoing needs starting early 2026.
- The start date and detailed terms will be agreed upon with the selected consultant.
