Our client is accelerating their AI transformation journey and is rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization. This is a coordination-driven role focused on ensuring successful adoption across business units. You will act as the central link between IT, business stakeholders, and internal networks, ensuring that adoption initiatives are structured, executed, and deliver real business value. The role does not require deep technical expertise, but rather strong ownership, communication, and change management capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive and coordinate Copilot adoption across business units
  • Act as the main point of contact between IT, business stakeholders, and internal networks
  • Plan and organize onboarding, training, and communication activities
  • Coordinate external partners delivering training and adoption support
  • Track adoption progress and identify improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops to identify and scale business use cases
  • Support the creation of internal guidelines and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with governance and operating models
  • Support transition from rollout to continuous adoption
  • Contribute to related AI and Copilot initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in coordination roles, adoption programmes, or change management
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment
  • Understanding of AI / Copilot from a business perspective
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have
  • Experience from transformation or adoption programmes
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI tools
  • Experience working with external partners

  • Duration: 03-Aug-2026 – 31-Dec-2026 (extendable)
  • Location: Flexible (Nordics / hybrid)
