The goal is to elevate the product’s user experience and design system to the next level within a globally used software environment.

Context
Context
- Multiple scrum teams working within the same product ecosystem
- Focus on a core product area (engineering / design tools)
- Ongoing UI and visual theme renewal
- Design system being scaled across multiple products
- Strong domain expertise within teams, with limited dedicated design resources
What you’ll be doing
- Own UX/UI design within a key product area
- Drive the adoption and practical implementation of the design system
- Contribute to UI renewal (structure, usability, visual layer)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and domain experts
- Support multiple teams when needed
The work is hands-on and strongly driven by agile (scrum) practices.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience (mid–senior level)
- Strong Figma skills (must-have)
- Experience working with and scaling design systems
- Ability to work with complex, technical products
- Confidence to challenge and improve existing solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with engineering or enterprise tools
- Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted design
