A growth company that provides employee wellbeing services is looking for a senior full-stack AI developer to lead the ramp-up of generative AI powered service and feature development. In the assignment you will join a small team of internal senior developers to design and develop novel AI services to complement the existing portfolio of services that promote the employee mental wellbeing. high level concepts for the new AI services exist. Now the concepts need to be further concretized, validated with pilot implementations and productized and deployed to the service portfolio. The concepted AI services include AI assistants to provide self-service coaching to employees and AI agents to support customer HR departments to automate tasks related to employee wellbeing.

In the assignment you will lead the technical design and development of the new AI services, in a hands-on role. In addition, you will coach the internal developers to identify opportunities to AI powered services and best practices to realize the opportunities with efficient architectures, solution blueprints and design patterns.

To succeed in the role you have:

Plenty of experience in designing and implementing production-grade Gen AI powered services
Very good conceptual understanding of modern AI assistant and agent architectures, frameworks and solution design patterns
Solid experience in developing and deploying digital services, in a lead developer role
Rock-solid full-stack developer skills, AWS development experience is a plus
Experience in coaching developers in designing and implementing Gen AI features to digital services in production
Experience in developing health and wellbeing services is a plus
