LOCATION POLAND

Join a large, established team to define and govern the organization's standard for data products in the sustainability, EHS, and safety domain — ensuring consistent design, deployment, security, and monitoring across all initiatives.

Allocation

100%

In this role, you will:
  • Define and govern corporate data product standards, including structure, metadata, contracts, deployment patterns, access/security models, and production monitoring.
  • Own data contract design, review, and sign-off, embedding contract governance into delivery processes so it doesn't depend on any single individual.
  • Lead structured workshops with non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, technically deliverable data product specifications.
  • Work with project teams early in the lifecycle to ensure realistic scope, concrete requirements, and well-understood data product outputs before build begins.
  • Apply domain knowledge of sustainability, EHS, or safety-related data and their regulatory, reporting, and operational use cases.

You will thrive if:
  • You have proven experience defining corporate data product standards — structure, metadata, contracts, deployment patterns, access/security models, and monitoring — not just theoretical knowledge of the concepts.
  • You have deep expertise in data contract design, review, and governance, and know how to make that governance durable rather than reliant on one person.
  • You're strong at facilitating workshops with non-technical, business-side stakeholders and translating their needs into technically actionable specifications.
  • You have experience scoping and estimating data product work early in a project lifecycle, before build begins.
  • You bring understanding of sustainability, EHS, or safety-related data domains and their regulatory and operational context.
  • You can start as soon as possible and commit to full-time (100%) allocation through at least 31.12.2026, with continuation expected beyond that.
  • You're comfortable working remotely in Poland. A Finnish candidate is also possible, though a Poland-based fit is preferred given the work is delivered into the Polish team.

This assignment supports a large, established organization in setting consistent data product standards and governance across the sustainability, EHS, and safety domain. It's expected to start as soon as possible, running at full allocation through the end of 2026 with continuation anticipated into next year.
