This is a high-impact, strategic role that bridges business processes, data architecture, and technical solutions during the migration from multiple legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion.
The ideal candidate is a driver – a senior professional who not only executes but actively shapes solutions, challenges assumptions, and takes ownership across functional boundaries.
There are a need for two similar profiles, one in SCM area and one in Financial area. Let us know which one of these areas would suit you better (or both)?
Key Responsibilities
- Information Architecture & Data Modeling: Design and define logical and conceptual data models across ERP systems, ensuring data consistency and reusability as we migrate from 5 legacy ERPs to Oracle Fusion
- Data Governance & Master Data: Work with Master Data systems and global data platforms to establish data definitions, catalogs, and documentation
- Cross-functional Alignment: Serve as a translator between Global Process Owners, Solution Design Owners, and technical teams—ensuring clear communication of business requirements, data flows, and system constraints
- ERP Migration Expertise: Leverage deep experience with ERP transformations to identify and mitigate risks, map data model differences between legacy and target systems, and define data management processes
- Process Optimization: Map supply chain management (SCM) or Finance processes to Oracle Fusion, identifying gaps and defining solutions that drive business value
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical and conceptual topics in clear, structured ways to non-technical audiences; explain why changes are necessary and how they will be implemented
Required Qualifications
- ERP Transformation Experience: Proven track record in ERP migrations, system consolidations, or major ERP implementations. Understanding of data model mapping, legacy-to-modern system transitions, and typical migration challenges is essential.
- Logical & Conceptual Data Modeling: Strong ability to design and communicate data structures at both technical and business levels
- Senior-Level Mindset: Not someone waiting for instructions—a proactive professional who identifies issues, proposes solutions, and drives initiatives forward. Comfortable working independently and influencing peers across organizational boundaries.
- Fluent English: Working language is English; communication clarity is critical
