We are looking for a Data Analyst for an assignment focused on data analytics, digitalisation, and process improvement.
In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making, improve reporting and business processes, and act as a link between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating activities between business, project, and technical teams.
- Support digitalisation initiatives, process improvement, and data-driven working methods.
- Collect, analyse, and present data to support project and business decision-making.
- Support data mapping activities, including identifying data sources, data flows, and data ownership.
- Document and improve business processes, reporting practices, and ways of working.
- Monitor data quality against common KPI definitions and good data-management practices.
- Identify and support automation and AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate activities related to project reporting, follow-up, and digital initiatives.
Required competence
- Advanced Excel, data visualisation, KPI development, and reporting.
- SQL and relational data concepts.
- Data preparation, validation, and quality management.
- Basic statistical analysis and interpretation of business data.
- Practical understanding of generative AI tools and responsible use of AI.
- Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platform.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.
Nice-to-have
- AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent cloud technologies.
- Data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of project, ERP, asset-management, or operational data environments.
- Python for analytics and automation.
- Experience in energy-sector or industrial environments is considered an advantage.
