We are now looking for a Project Manager (Data) to lead two parallel initiatives:
- Data Platform Transformation (Oracle → Snowflake, data products) until 12/2026
- Informatica-based solution replacement (modernization to Snowflake) until 10/2027
The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, coordinating the development vendor and multiple business domain teams across technical workstreams. The project Manager will ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while managing dependencies across business domain solution teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery of scope, timeline, budget, and quality across both projects
- Drive planning, milestones, and cross-team dependency management
- Lead project governance, reporting, and steering group alignment
- Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure readiness for UAT, cutovers, and go-live
- Oversee vendor performance (SLAs, KPIs, delivery outcomes)
- Manage backlog prioritization and ensure key requirements & documentation are in place
- Drive alignment with data platform architecture, governance, and security
- Proactively resolve risks, issues, and blockers
Requirements
- 7+ years project/program management in complex IT/data/platform environments and managing data transformation and/or data projects.
- Experience in cloud, data platforms, enterprise integrations or large IT transformations
- Understanding the modern data platform and related data productization for different use cases
- Experience leading vendors and mixed delivery teams
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake is considered a plus
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Analytical, structured and strategic working style
