Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of a mission-critical automated trading platform.
- Design solutions for real-time market data ingestion and processing.
- Support algorithmic trading strategies and trading operations.
- Define architecture, scalability, and reliability standards across the platform.
- Implement monitoring, failover, and risk-control mechanisms.
Requirements
Must-have
- Proven experience with automated trading systems (energy or financial markets).
- Strong understanding of trading architecture, market data flows, and algorithmic execution.
- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven systems.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with highly available, low-latency production environments.
Nice to have
- Background in Energy Trading, Algorithmic Trading, Quant Development, or Market Data Engineering.
- Technical Lead or Architect experience.
- Experience with time-series data platforms, backtesting frameworks, or Rust/C++.
