AI Solution Lead

Claude, Governance, AI Enablement

Join a short, focused engagement helping a technology company move from a Claude Team plan to Claude Enterprise, building out the governance, access controls, and early use cases needed to safely expand AI usage across the organization.

Start

02.11.2026

Duration

3-6 months

Location

Helsinki, Hybrid

Allocation

50 - 100%

In this role, you will:
  • Help migrate and configure the organization's setup from a Team plan to an Enterprise plan, including team-based budgets, usage restrictions, and group-level model access controls.
  • Specify and document what's already been configured in the existing environment (an initial scheme is in place) so it can be properly governed going forward.
  • Define a practical AI playbook / governance framework — what's allowed, what isn't, who is responsible for which parts of AI usage, and how usage and spend are tracked and reported by team.
  • Help identify, validate, and prioritize new AI use cases for a specific business function (a finance-type team of around a dozen to twenty users), factoring in what data can and cannot safely go into AI tools.
  • Support loosening existing usage restrictions responsibly — the organization wants to carefully expand what's allowed without compromising security.
  • Potentially support onboarding and light enablement/training as new use cases and ways of working are introduced, especially for more risk-sensitive functions.
  • Bring outside experience from having implemented similar AI governance and Enterprise rollout projects elsewhere — so the organization avoids reinventing a playbook from scratch.

You will thrive if:
  • You're an experienced AI consultant who has done both sides of this kind of work: hands-on platform/environment configuration (preferably Claude) and consultative use-case identification and governance design.
  • You have prior experience building AI governance frameworks, playbooks, and guardrails — including defining ownership/responsibility models and reporting on usage and cost.
  • You can work independently and move quickly — this isn't expected to be a long, drawn-out engagement, at least for the initial environment/governance scope.
  • You're fluent in English (Finnish not required).
  • You're comfortable with occasional on-site presence at the client's Espoo office, with flexibility depending on the nature of the work.

This assignment supports a technology company building out its Claude Enterprise rollout — covering environment/governance setup first, with a likely follow-on scope to identify and build AI use cases for finance business function. Scope and duration are still being refined; the governance/environment piece is expected to be relatively short (well under a few months), with the use-case work's length depending on findings.
