Digital Transformation Project Manager / Advisor

Project involves leveraging cloud capabilities more effectively and increasing the organization's digital maturity. A key challenge in the early phase is to understand what business cases and opportunities, such as cloud-enabled process improvements, in the factory setting are the most profitable and feasible to implement.

 

The objective of the project is to

·         identify and quantify the development initiatives and opportunities together with the business units

·         develop a metric framework / dashboard for digital maturity, enabling the company's management to monitor the growth of digital maturity within the organization

·         map the business cases and opportunities to capabilities and services available from cloud services (Azure)

 

Requirements

·         proven track record of successfully delivered demanding digital transformation projects

·         strong experience in leveraging cloud technologies (Azure) in manufacturing industry projects, especially in a factory environment

·         ability to translate development ideas into concrete actions

·         experience in change management

·         ability to inspire and engage the whole organization to commit to the transformation project 

·         good verbal and written skills in English and Finnish

 

This part-time (approx. 50 %) assignment starts in January 2026 and continues until the end of the year. Most of the work can be done remotely but some occasional on-site presence in Helsinki is required.
