What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you are a senior-level expert who can:
- Lead and design the project end-to-end with confidence
- Take ownership of technical direction and decision-making
- Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders (technical & business)
- Translate complex modeling insights into actionable business value
You should have strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Optimization (e.g., mathematical optimization, operations research, decision modeling)
- Time series problems (forecasting, demand prediction, dynamic systems)
- Causal Machine Learning (causal inference, uplift modeling, experimentation frameworks)
Project Details
- Team location: Helsinki / Berlin (hybrid or aligned time zone preferred)
