Responsibilities
- Lead multiple development projects from PoC to production and commercialization
- Drive productization and scaling of internal solutions internationally
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or health tech
- Understanding of medical regulations and quality standards (advantage)
- Background in cloud/technology projects and productization
- Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to manage complex, global solutions
- Technical understanding of cloud and modern architectures
- Proactive, independent working style
- On-site in Helsinki 2/3 days a week is a must
