We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect for our client.

This role requires someone who can combine architectural thinking with hands-on development work, particularly around integrations. You will play a key role in shaping the ServiceNow architecture while also contributing to the implementation.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow architecture and solutions
Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner and project stakeholders within an international, distributed team

Requirements

Strong ServiceNow expertise
Architectural-level understanding combined with hands-on development capability
Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations
Nice to Have: experience with AI / Machine Learning concepts or implementations

Remote work possible within the EU. At the beginning of the project, there may be workshops where on-site participation in Helsinki would be beneficial.
