In this role you’ll help design and implement smart process automation within the sales quotation pipeline—initially focusing on identifying and bridging information gaps, and later advancing towards more complex AI-supported automation. The automation would be initially built with Copilot studio for the parts of the process it is applicable, and in later phases more sophisticated AI tools could be used.

- Analyze current sales and quotation processes; identify points where AI can bring measurable gains.
- Implement and refine AI solutions using Copilot Studio to support and automate elements of the offer pipeline.
- Integrate various internal data sources (where possible) and support the creation of search-based solutions for knowledge retrieval.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions fit real user needs.
- Provide user guidance and support, including occasional user training sessions.
- Work flexibly: assignments can be handled remotely and on a part-time basis.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience developing and implementing AI-driven automation with Copilot Studio.
- Ability to proactively drive the planning and execution independently
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in user training/support is an advantage.
The start date and allocation is flexible.
