Our customer is an international corporation developing building automation solutions and offering property management services, with a large Finnish organization and a significant number of SAP users—especially technicians working in the field.
SAP development is currently outsourced, and the Finnish unit aims to improve the SAP user experience by designing more intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and desktop use. The current SAP views are not optimal for field operations needs, and the goal is to leverage SAP Screen Personas to significantly improve usability.
The customer’s internal IT team wants to strengthen their competence in SAP Screen Personas, but the team currently lacks sufficient expertise. Therefore, they are looking for an external consultant to support competence growth and co-develop interface solutions together with the team.
Assignment
We are seeking an experienced SAP Screen Personas Consultant who will:
- Plan and facilitate workshops for the internal IT team
- Support the creation of both basic and advanced capabilities in SAP Screen Personas
- Guide the adoption of best practices
- Support interface design and development work
- Act as an expert advisor for potential follow-up development initiatives
Timeline & Workload
- Start: January–February 2026
- Estimated workload: 5–10 working days initially. Additional Screen Personas-based development work may follow depending on the internal team’s capacity and needs
