Ou customer’s data landscape is rich but fragmented. A vast amount of data that's scattered across various departments and systems, making it challenging to gain a comprehensive understanding of its availability, usability, and quality. In the first phase, the scope of the work would be related to the data available/coming into use in the marketing technology stack (digital sales & engagement). This entails merging customer data with behavioral and product data. We need an experienced individual, proficient in financial corporations, to assist us in two key areas:
1) Comprehensive Understanding of Data Landscape, Availability & Usability
Analyze the entirety of the data landscape, assessing its accessibility and usability across various departments and entities within the organization
2) Roadmap Development for improved Data Accessibility and Utilization
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define objectives and KPIs, and build a roadmap for enhancing data availability and utilization in alignment with business goals
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in navigating complex data environments within financial institutions
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data assessment
- Expertise in crafting strategic roadmaps for data utilization
- Understanding of data governance principles, applied to financial institutions, is a big plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders
