Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR and payroll data to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve identified data issues and improve overall data quality.
- Provide consultative support and guidance to the team by offering actionable insights and solutions for data improvements.
- Conduct workshop-like sessions to address specific data challenges and ensure progress.
- Contribute to building a foundation for enhanced data processes enabling efficient AI tool implementation in the future.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in HR or payroll data analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with identifying and solving HR data quality issues (e.g., incomplete fields, inconsistent job or payroll records).
- Analytical mindset with the capability to ask critical questions and derive meaningful insights from raw data.
- Agile, solution-focused, and flexible approach to consultancy and advising.
- Prior experience with Workday is a strong advantage
The working language is English and the position is fully remote.
