The client is looking for an experienced professional to industrialize workforce scheduling optimization for a dynamic tech company providing digital solutions to industrial and service sectors.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver an end-to-end optimization solution that turns complex scheduling challenges into scalable, data-driven systems. Working as part of the client’s team, you’ll act also as an expert and coach, ensuring the solution moves smoothly from concept to production.
The working language is English. The need is ASAP, so apply quickly.

Proven experience in optimization or algorithmic projects, ideally in scheduling or resource allocation
Hands-on experience from end-to-end solutions
Strong ability to connect business needs with technical solutions
Experience with Azure and Kubernetes.
Excellent collaboration and coaching skills
