The client is looking for an experienced professional to industrialize workforce scheduling optimization for a dynamic tech company providing digital solutions to industrial and service sectors.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver an end-to-end optimization solution that turns complex scheduling challenges into scalable, data-driven systems. Working as part of the client’s team, you’ll act also as an expert and coach, ensuring the solution moves smoothly from concept to production.

- Proven experience in optimization or algorithmic projects, ideally in scheduling or resource allocation
- Hands-on experience from end-to-end solutions
- Strong ability to connect business needs with technical solutions
- Experience with Azure and Kubernetes.
- Excellent collaboration and coaching skills
