Job Description
- Assess the current Workday HR data landscape to identify quality issues and critical gaps.
- Build the first working version (v0.8) of the HR data catalog with definitions and owners.
- Define a data dictionary, ownership frameworks, and access/usage restrictions for sensitive personal data.
- Deliver pragmatic governance solutions that the internal team can sustain long-term.
- Advise the HR technology team on Workday data management best practices.
Requirements
- Senior-level, hands-on experience with Workday HCM in global organizations.
- Strong background in HR data governance, data catalogs, and data dictionaries.
- Expertise in managing sensitive personal data and multi-country compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
