You will be responsible for the operational performance, development, and continuous improvement of the data and analytics platform. The role includes managing Databricks and Power BI environments, as well as automation, security, cost management, and the implementation of shared tools and development practices.
The Platform Engineer defines and maintains CI/CD solutions, access control models, monitoring, and incident management, ensuring that the platform supports scalable and well-governed data development. The role acts as an enabling expert for domain teams and other data and analytics roles.
Mandatory requirements:

- Experience working with Data Lakehouse development (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in Databricks environment development and monitoring (minimun 1 year)
- Experience with Azure cloud services and their management (minimun 1 year)
Optional, good to have requirements:
- Experience working with Apache Spark solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management (Terraform)
- Experience working with Python
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience using AI solutions as part of production development
- Experience in managing Databricks environment costs
- Experience in access management
- Experience working with dbt solutions
- Experience managing Unity Catalog
- Experience in developing, publishing, and versioning APIs (API/Kafka streams)
