UI & Design System (B2B Software)
We are looking for a Front-End Developer to support UI development and design system implementation in a complex software environment. This role combines technical implementation with a strong UI/UX mindset. The goal is to improve UI quality, consistency, and scalability through design system-driven development, while supporting product teams with hands-on implementation.

Context
- Multiple scrum teams and a growing development backlog
- Design system being rolled out → bringing both improvements and fixes
- Ongoing UI theme updates
- Need for a front-end resource working across team boundaries
What you’ll be doing
- Implement UI improvements and larger UI initiatives based on the design system
- Fix and refine UI issues resulting from theme updates
- Work closely with UX and product owners through backlog-driven development
- Contribute to defining how design system governance is handled
- Support multiple teams when needed
Technical environment
- Desktop-focused environment

The stack is non-standard, so willingness and ability to learn is more important than ticking every box.
What we expect from you
- Strong experience in front-end or UI development
- Solid C# skills
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Understanding of UI development and usability principles
- Experience working in agile environments
Nice to have:
- Figma skills and a good eye for UI
- Experience with design systems
- Familiarity with web technologies
