In this role, you will define and drive a technology-agnostic AI architecture strategy that enables scalable, transparent, and reusable AI solutions across products, services, and operations. You will guide architectural decisions, establish best practices, and support teams in building modern AI solutions (including GenAI, agent-based systems, RAG, and multi-cloud environments).
You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on architecture, security, governance, and operating models.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI architecture design and implementation
- Define principles, standards, and reusable patterns across teams
- Guide agent framework selection and key architectural decisions
- Deliver reference architectures and multi-cloud blueprints (e.g., Azure, AWS, RAG, vector DBs)
- Support teams on solution design, integrations, and build/buy decisions
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance alignment
- Establish lifecycle, evaluation, and AIOps practices
- Mentor teams and drive adoption of best practices
Requirements
- Long experience in software/ML architecture, including experience with production AI systems
- Strong background in multi-cloud environments and modern data/AI stacks
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, agent-based architectures, RAG, and vector databases
- Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, and system design trade-offs
- Solid knowledge of AI security, compliance, and governance
- Ability to lead cross-team architectural decisions and communicate clearly
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM/SLM optimization and model serving
- Exposure to industrial/IoT environments
- Knowledge of AI cost and performance optimization
