In this role, you will be responsible for developing web analytics, interpreting data, and designing A/B tests, as well as leveraging the results to support business decision-making. You will work closely with data professionals, product development, and business teams to create solutions that enhance user journeys and improve conversions.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in web analytics, conversion optimization, and A/B testing
- Understanding of data-driven development of purchase funnels and user experience
- Hands-on experience with online data tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Hotjar, etc.)
- Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; SQL skills are considered an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly in both Finnish and English
The assignment starts on December 1, 2025, and lasts at least 4 months (parental leave substitution). Work is conducted flexibly in a hybrid mode
