A fast growing marketing and media company is making strategic investment to improve its services and operations with the improved use of machine learning. To ensure the success of the transformation, they are seeking a senior hands-on coach to advise them on the best practices on creating value with ML and designing and setting up up efficient MLOps and data architectures. The coach will also support the key stakeholders of the customer in identifying the missing ML and data competences, and filing the gaps with the successful recruitments, As an important responsibility, the coach will lead the technical setup of the MLops and data architecture and support the development of the first ML models and their deployment in a hands-on role.

- Proven project experience in designing and setting up MLOps architectures and leading ML teams and projects in a technical role
- Deep conceptual understanding of machine learning, including model training and validation, technical and business deployment
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for ML model consumption
- Good understanding on the best engineering practices to run an industrial ML operations
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience in recruiting ML and data specialists
- Epxerience with BigQuery, GCP is a plus
