We’re looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to build practical, automation-driven solutions that streamline sales and recruitment workflows and enable people to concentrate on value-creating activities. Client in this project is a rockstar IT consultancy - this is a great opportunity to join a growth company in a super topical AI project!
In this role you will…
In this role you will…
- Build AI-powered agents and automations that improve internal sales and recruitment processes
- Develop integrations and workflow automations across CRM, ERP and ATS systems (each system has its own specialists involved)
- Work in a complex multi-company environment with several parallel workflows
- Contribute to defining the project’s AI architecture together with the AI architect, without needing to lead the architectural work
- Design and implement purposeful tools and automations—avoiding “AI for the sake of AI"
- Ensure solutions are strongly user-centred and aligned with actual operational needs
You will succeed in this role if you have…
- Strong hands-on experience building AI agents and practical automation solutions
- Solid understanding of automation possibilities in CRM, ERP and ATS platforms
- Ability to navigate complex organisational environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Good judgement in selecting suitable tools, models and approaches
- A user-centric mindset and the ability to translate real needs into effective workflows.
Project phase 1 will be Q1/25 and project is expected to continue until end of the year after a successful first phase.
