Global client is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager (ERP) to join an ongoing strategic transformation project. The program aims to functionally separate two of the company’s business areas into independent entities and to implement a brand-first operating model. This transformation includes significant changes in organizational structure, processes, and supporting IT systems, including ERP.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT and ERP programs
- Strong understanding of ERP program substance – not just high-level coordination
- Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with large-scale business transformations and SAP environments is a plus
- Fluent communication in English
Start would be ASAP and the project duration is 6 months, with possible extension until April 2026. Work can be done in hybrid/remote mode.
