Our client in the financial industry collects a large amount of data from sources such as Adobe and their websites into an SQL Server. The data covers, among other things, customer journeys — where visitors come from, and how they interact with the site. The selected expert will be responsible for modeling this data in SQL and creating Tableau reports for the business. You will work closely with a strong team, including Web Managers, to define the reports and metrics. The goal is to track which campaigns bring customers to the site and how visitors from different channels convert into paying customers. The assignment duration is approximately 2–3 months.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in web analytics, especially customer journey and conversion analytics
- Experience with Tableau reporting
- Experience in data modeling (SQL)
- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Ability to visit the client’s Helsinki office weekly
