This role will require great communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate and facilitate the ERP project. This is not a technical role. Great attitude, energy and ability to communicate clearly is more important than seniority in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive project status visibility across the ERP masterdata stream and related workstreams (migrations, integrations, supply chain, finance, and data modeling activities)
- Serve as the single point of contact for project status tracking and reporting from a project management perspective
- Manage and maintain the project tracking system (Jira) with clear, structured information that accurately reflects project reality
- Facilitate prioritization decisions by identifying critical vs. non-essential activities and communicating blockers and risks
- Raise red flags transparently when issues arise and provide clear explanations of their impact
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate information
- Support communication and coordination across geographically distributed teams (including Australia, Philippines, and North America)
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience with at least 2+ ERP implementation projects in your background
- Strong ability to distinguish between essential and non-essential work in complex, multi-faceted projects
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with flexible working hours
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not a hands-on technical development role
- This role does not carry P&L responsibility or final decision-making authority
- This is not a traditional Project Manager role with resource allocation responsibility
