Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Finance-specific enablement: turn AI/digital capability into concrete finance use cases (close, variance commentary, forecasting, VAT/tax checks, cash & liquidity, invoice/vendor handling) — not generic tool training
- Community management: build and sustain the champion / citizen-developer community — onboarding, cadence, recognition, pattern sharing
- Per-role tool guidance: maintain a finance role → tool recommendation map (business controller, financial controller, tax, treasury, FTS) and keep it current
- Tool evaluation: hands-on evaluation of AI/agent tooling; propose and defend tool choices on capability, cost, security and fit
- Govern the citizen-dev programme, guardrails and adoption within IT platform governance; track adoption and realised value
Required Experience
You'll need to be equally comfortable running a community programme at scale and getting hands-on with the tools themselves:
- Hands-on with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and comparable tools such as Claude Cowork / Claude Design — deep enough to build, demo and defend tool choices
- Finance domain literacy to spot and shape high-value use cases
- Governance, security, data-access and DLP awareness for citizen-built solutions
Soft skills: strong facilitation and communication — this role runs on community and adoption management at scale, not one-on-one support.
