Our enterprise customer is looking for a Senior Designer to strengthen their product design capabilities in an ongoing assignment.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team responsible for designing high-quality digital solutions, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and scalable design practices. The role requires a hands-on designer who is comfortable owning the full design lifecycle – from user research and concept creation to prototyping, validation, and final UI delivery.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and other stakeholders. You are expected to take ownership of your work while contributing to shared design systems and ensuring consistency across solutions. A strong understanding of modern design tools and agile workflows is essential.
The work is fully remote, and the team operates in English.
What we are looking for
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Full capability to work, communicate and document design work efficiently in English
- Hands-on skills in user interviews, concept creation, prototyping, UX/UI design, and validation
- Strong expertise in Figma (design, prototyping, documentation)
- Strong design system mindset with hands-on contribution experience
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles
- Solid understanding in designing multi-language user interfaces
- Practical experience with Jira and agile workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while taking ownership of assigned work
- Understanding of how AI can support and enhance design work
- Strong attention to visual detail, quality, and structured ways of working
- Strong motivation to be part of a dedicated team and a passion for shared success
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results
Nice to have
- Familiarity with B2B business and commercial drivers
- Design experience in B2B tools, including designing for Salesforce
- Interest in customer experience and emerging digital trends
