In this role, you will help our client in the food processing industry with managing, handling and when necessary, forwarding service requests related to their Infor M3 system.
The assignment requires:
- Strong expertise in Infor M3 and hands-on experience with the system
- Solid technical skills, including proficiency in SQL
- Ability to configure and customize Infor M3 solutions
- Experience in Service Desk tasks
- Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
