Data & ML Engineer

 A major provider of energy grid metering solutions is about to renew its solution and platform architecture. As a critical part of the target architecture, a modern hybrid cloud analytics and ML platform to enable the analysis of the event data produced by the metering solutions needs to be designed and deployed. In the assignment you will PoC existing solutions like Open Data Hub to validate their functionality and performance against the business requirements, lead use cases and overall enterprise target architecture. You will work closely with the customer's lead architect and give him the feedback on the assessed solutions and platforms and recommendations for the target architecture and its implementation. You will also interact with the customer's platform engineering team and give them requirements and guidance on the setup of the piloted solutions. After the PoC phase you will continue in the assignment to implement the lead analytics and ML use cases on the selected platform architecture. You can also support other related platform projects, such as a data catalogue setup, in a data engineer role.
