We're looking for a Project Manager to support our customer's ERP migration to cloud

Our customer in the manufacturing domain is looking for a Project Manager to support their journey in migrating their ERP to public cloud.
The ERP is custom-made and mainly developed in .NET by inhouse teams. The ERP has a large amount of dependencies and API's, some of these business critical, leading for example to factory downtime. One part of the planning phase is to figure out if factory downtime is inevitable, and plan when to run migrations causing down time if so. The customer is looking to build the solution with managed infrastructure approach.
The customer is currently figuring out what internal resources they have to allocate. The team has technical competence to plan the tech setup and are thereby firstly looking for a Project Manager to support with administrative tasks ( incl. planning timelines, managing meetings, action points, task management and meeting minutes). The client is generally short staffed for this project and help with architecture planning and handling more technical migration planning tasks might also be relevant at this stage.
The initial drawings for the cloud architecture already exist and the next step is to start gathering requirements and mapping dependencies. The first tasks of the Project Manager is to create a project plan, task management system and identify competences and stakeholders.
Understanding Azure architecture, on-prem to cloud migrations and/or ERP setups would support the Project Manager in being more effective.

Work arrangement: Opportunity to work mostly remotely, with occasional visits at the office located to Western Finland.
Working languages: English (there are factories outside Finland). Finnish is seen as an advantage.
