We are seeking a strong finance and systems expert for a Programme Manager consultant role to lead our customer's IFRS accounting and reporting transformation and financial management systems consolidation project.

The position requires:
- Deep expertise in IFRS accounting, group-level financial management, and reporting processes
- Experience in implementing financial systems and in change management
- Ability to lead the project and support its progression in a versatile role
- Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating the end-to-end integration of financial platforms to support post-merger organizational alignment a big plus
- A consultative working approach and excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent Finnish and English
The role requires occasional on-site work at the client’s office in the Pirkanmaa region.
