We are looking for an experienced architect to shape business-critical solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. The role focuses on enterprise and integration architecture, stakeholder communication, and technical guidance, alongside the adoption of AI-driven development methods.

Key responsibilities
- Guide architecture across applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions, aligning the overall system landscape with business needs.
- Provide architectural guidance and contribute to technical implementation when needed.
- Explain architectural decisions, align business stakeholders and technical teams, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
- Advance AI-assisted development practices, including agentic coding and spec-driven development, to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Guide DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, to support reliable delivery.
Required experience and skills
- Proven enterprise and integration architecture experience spanning multiple systems, beyond individual applications.
- Strong experience designing enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure and .NET/C#, with the ability to support development teams and participate in implementation when needed.
- Practical understanding of AI-assisted development methods and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English; Finnish is preferred but not required.
