You will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance strategies as they navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, particularly the EU AI Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI governance models, policies, and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements (ISO 42001, EU AI Act)
- Lead and facilitate risk assessment workshops and impact assessments for AI systems
- Create and maintain governance documentation, guidelines, and best practices
- Support AI system procurement processes by defining technical and governance requirements
- Train and coach teams across the organization on AI governance practices and requirements
- Drive the implementation of AI risk management processes and ensure ongoing compliance
Required Qualifications
- Technical understanding of AI/ML systems and their applications
- Ability to read, interpret, and translate legislation into practical requirements and processes (especially AI Act)
- Experience facilitating risk assessments and impact analyses
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
Occasional visits to the client office in Helsinki area is preferred. This role is subject to security clearance.
