AI Agent Developer

The project involves developing a production-ready version of an AI Bot using Azure AI Search and the M365 Agents SDK, indexing the bot’s source content with Azure AI Search (with Microsoft Fabric as the data source), and creating an integration to enable ticket creation in a service management system. The team already has existing expertise in data engineering and front-end development, and is now seeking a specialist to develop and productionize the AI Bot.

The allocation will be slightly higher at the beginning of the engagement and will gradually decrease to approximately a couple of days per week during the assignment. English language is required and Finnish is seen as a plus.
