Our client is looking for two experienced Data Standards & Data Quality Enablement Consultants to help define data standards, improve data quality practices, and strengthen data governance capabilities across business domains. The assignment combines hands-on delivery with coaching and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable adoption within the organization.

Role Description
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify and prioritize critical data objects and attributes.
  • Develop and document data standards, including business definitions, attribute definitions, naming conventions, ownership, and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Define and implement data quality rules, KPIs, thresholds, and acceptance criteria for business-critical data.
  • Support the implementation of data quality controls, monitoring, reporting, scorecards, and remediation processes.
  • Coach data governance teams and business stakeholders by introducing repeatable methods, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify, define, and support the creation of core data products, including requirements, ownership, critical attributes, and data sources.
  • Drive knowledge transfer and capability building to enable business domains to manage data quality and governance independently.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management, and/or Data Products.
  • Proven track record in developing enterprise data standards and implementing data quality frameworks.
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into measurable data quality controls and processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience driving change across multiple business functions and complex organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a consultancy role.

Preferred
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, marine, engineering, or other asset-intensive environments.
  • Experience building data quality capabilities and operating models within business domains.
