In this role, you will:
  • Assess how far the current Copilot-based setup can support a service-related use case built on existing business data.
  • Facilitate a focused workshop to clarify requirements, review the current technical approach, and identify production-readiness gaps.
  • Advise on solution architecture, including whether the use case should rely on the current setup or require a separate agent, database, or broader development effort.
  • Evaluate how the assistant should be guided, structured, and embedded into users’ workflows to reduce errors and improve trust in outputs.
  • Deliver a clear recommendation covering feasible implementation options, limitations of the current solution, budget considerations, and suggested next steps.

You will thrive if:
  • You have strong experience with Copilot, conversational AI, or agent-based solution design in enterprise environments.
  • You are comfortable providing technical sparring and architectural guidance without needing to be hands-on with code from the start.
  • You can quickly understand data-driven business use cases and translate ambiguity into concrete solution options.
  • You are able to challenge assumptions, identify risks around answer quality and usability, and communicate recommendations clearly to mixed business and technical stakeholders.
  • You work well in workshop settings and can lead discussions in English with collaborative, practical energy.
