Job Description
You will independently drive application carve-out activities rather than just coordinate and report.
- Ownership: Build and maintain application carve-out plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Execution: Lead technical and functional separation through testing, cutover, and validation.
- Coordination: Align target environment setups and cutover activities with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Risk & Documentation: Proactively address gaps/risks, ensure proper documentation, and secure post-separation operational readiness.
Requirements
- Strong background in IT carve-outs, M&A integrations, or application migrations.
- Hands-on experience with the relevant software scope (Finance or FX hedging systems, HFM Hyperion, IPM Anaplan, Nomentia Cash Management etc.)
- Deep understanding of enterprise application dependencies (integrations, access, environments, vendors).
- Independent, hands-on, and proactive working style with structured problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Additional Information
- Key Success Criterion: Ability to drive the workstream independently without requiring daily steering from Service Managers.
